The Able Programme is one of the Department for Education’s biggest programmes which is aimed at developing effective leaders in line with the department’s HR & Workforce strategy. It focuses on the effect that good leadership has on the Department for Education as a whole and values the importance of leadership at every level. The Able Programme thus provides leaders with the building blocks for development. A new identity and brand was created for the programme, as well as posters, a fold-out leaflet, document covers, postcards, presentation template and intranet assets.
